Come join us for our 3rd annual Apron Party benefitting Capt. Joseph House. Capt. Joseph House is a respite, retreat center located in Port Angeles, Washington for families who have lost a loved one serving in the armed forces. We support Capt. Joseph House year-round though Mary Jo's apron sales in-store, but once a year she brings her collection of aprons and various other boutique items to sell at our party. At the Party, you will be able to see a video on Capt. Joseph House and hear testimonies of those who have benefitted from staying at Capt. Joseph House. We will also be serving apple pie! This is an "Open House" style event, so drop in anytime between 5:30-7:30 pm.

In Beginning FMQ, you will learn the basics of good quilting habits, along with good ergonomics, as you are introduced to a variety of FMQ motifs. Topics covered will include: designs based on freehand lines and circles, marking a quilt top, ideas for practicing and putting the newly learned motifs to work on your quilts.
